*This group will be using Deliberate Practice in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy by Hanna Levenson, Sam Jinich, Alexandre Vaz, Tony Rousmaniere.

Janine Moran, Clinical Director of You, Me and Us Relationship Centre, is a dedicated relationship therapist and accredited mediator with advanced EFT certification as a practitioner, supervisor and trainer. With warmth and insight, she helps couples explore personal triggers, navigate challenges, deepen bonds, and build connection, and supervises clinicians who are learning the evidence-based EFT model.
