Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to: reception@ymu.com.au.
For cancellations, the following applies:
If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us as early as possible—ideally at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time.
Missed sessions are non-refundable. In the event of a medical or family emergency, a missed session may be made up in the following term, at the discretion of the trainers facilitating the course.
Registrations are fully transferable to another person with prior notification to YMU.
In the rare event that a course is cancelled, a full refund will be provided.
