Connected Supportive Team Training (Essential Foundation Course– 6 hrs)

Connected Supportive Teams Training – Extension Course 6 Hours

An extension of Training #1, this advanced course delves deeper into emotional regulation and conflict resolution. With a strong focus on skill development, participants engage in more intensive coaching and role-play exercises to refine their abilities in navigating workplace challenges.

Prerequisite: Completion of Foundation Course is required.

Connected Supportive Manager – 6 Hours

A great manager is at the heart of every cohesive team. This course equips leaders with the skills to support their team members, ensuring they feel heard, understood, and valued. A positive workplace culture fosters higher productivity, stronger team cohesion, and a more enjoyable work environment—crucial for the many hours we spend at work.

A manager who leads with kindness, empathy, and insight creates a culture of belonging and collaboration, encouraging the best outcomes for both individuals and the team.

What This Course Covers:

  • Empathic one-on-one conversations – Master attuned listening and responsive communication.
  • Unconditional Regard – Develop non-judgemental communication skills that foster honest and constructive dialogue.
  • ‘In the Zone’ Connection – Learn to create shared goal scenarios for improved teamwork.

This interactive and immersive training is delivered by two experienced presenters and includes a blend of didactic teaching, video demonstrations, and coached role-play for hands-on learning.

Our foundation course Connected Supportive Teams is a pre-requisite for this course.

Connected Supportive Manager Coaching Service

We provide individual and group coaching for managers and leaders built around evidence-based techniques. Sometimes having the knowledge isn’t enough – we need a coach to help us see things through a fresh lens and practice our skills. Our coaches can help you uncover and remove blocks to success.

Extension Modules

Relationships for Couples Impacted by Work Demands – Ideal for teams whose roles require frequent travel or overseas deployment.

Based on our renowned Hold Me Tight® Workshop, this course helps couples navigate work-related stressors that can strain their relationship. Whether due to extended travel, relocations, shift work, or rotating rosters, this workshop supports couples in rebuilding and maintaining connection despite workplace pressures.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and effective tools to break negative cycles.

This workshop is designed as a weekend retreat and can be tailored to specific workplace needs in consultation with the Director.
