For cancellations, the following applies:
Cancellations must be made in writing. Due to the significant costs associated with planning and delivering our overseas trainings and retreats, the following policy applies:
(a) More than 42 days prior to the start date: the registration fee is refunded, minus $200 cancellation fee;
(b) 15–42 days prior to the start date: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded;
(c) 14 days or less to the start date: No refund is available.
In the case of a documented medical or family emergency, we may offer a partial refund or credit at our discretion.
You, Me & Us (YMU) reserves the right to change the mode of delivery of a course to online should travel restrictions or unforeseen circumstances arise. In this instance, participants will be notified at the earliest opportunity via email.
Registrations are transferable in full to another person on notification to YMU.
Course cancellation: In the event that a course is cancelled, refunds will be issued in full.
