Core Skills in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) is the final step in your journey toward becoming a Certified EFT Couple Therapist with ICEEFT. This immersive four-day (24-hour) training is designed to deepen your understanding of the EFCT model and enhance your ability to apply its interventions with confidence and precision.

Guided by Janine Moran, a highly experienced EFT practitioner and Trainer, this course strengthens your proficiency in the core elements of EFCT, equipping you to help couples move from distress to connection.

In this training, we’ll refine your ability to:

• Stabilise distressed relationships (Stage 1) by identifying and de-escalating negative interaction patterns.
• Restructure the attachment bond (Stage 2) by shaping key emotional moments that create deep, lasting connection.
• Consolidate change (Stage 3) by reinforcing new, secure patterns of relating.

This highly experiential training includes case presentations, video demonstrations, and practical exercises, offering you real-world strategies and tools to use in your sessions.
