Catherine has worked with all members of family systems as they navigate life’s challenges, transitions, and changes. She understands that despite the pressures and hardships encountered in relationships, true healing and stronger connections are possible. Through education and counselling, she has empowered parents, children, and grandparents to break patterns of long-term conflict and distress.
