What is Hold Me Tight?

Hold Me Tight is a transformative workshop designed to help couples understand why relationships sometimes feel disconnected and how to rebuild loving bonds. Based on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), developed by Dr. Sue Johnson, this approach has a 75% success rate—higher than any other form of couples therapy.

Over four half-day sessions in Bali, you and your partner will:

  • Identify the negative interaction cycles that create distance in your relationship.
  • Understand the emotional triggers that lead to conflict and how to shift those patterns.
  • Learn the neuroscience of attachment—why we react the way we do in relationships.
  • Practice 7 healing conversations that help you express your needs and strengthen your bond.
  • Gain practical tools to repair misunderstandings and create lasting emotional intimacy.

This is not group therapy—there’s no sharing of personal information. Instead, we guide you through structured, private conversations with your partner, so you can apply what you learn directly to your relationship.

“We now understand that the pattern our relationship got caught in is common and can be explained. There is a way forward.”
