Andrea works with people who may be feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward in their relationships. Together, they begin to make sense of the emotional patterns underneath these experiences, creating space for greater understanding and connection.
Her approach is grounded in attachment theory and the belief that healing happens in relationship. Andrea is particularly drawn to Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), using both Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) and Emotionally Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) to support stronger, more secure bonds.
Andrea is passionate about helping people understand how their relationships are shaped by underlying emotional needs and patterns. With care and sensitivity, she supports clients to gently shift these patterns, fostering greater emotional safety, closeness, and trust.
She has undertaken extensive training in attachment-based work, including Circle of Security Parenting, which she has facilitated in both group and individual settings. She later completed Circle of Security Intensive training and continues to support parents and caregivers in developing a deeper understanding of their children’s emotional worlds.
Clients often experience Andrea as warm, grounded, and deeply present. She creates a space where people can feel safe to explore their emotions, even when the work feels challenging, and supports them to stay engaged in the process of change.
Andrea is especially passionate about working with couples to rediscover connection and emotional safety, and with families seeking greater understanding, empathy, and closeness.
At the heart of Andrea’s work is a simple but meaningful aim: to help people strengthen the bonds that matter most.
All sessions are 75 minutes and conducted in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment — either in person or online via Zoom.
