Amy Critchley

Relationship Therapist

Amy holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Canberra and has completed her Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples.

In addition, Amy is a trained Leadership Coach. Her transition to working with individuals, couples, and their emotions was inspired by experiencing the transformative power of a strong therapeutic alliance. Witnessing the potential we all have when working with the right practitioner was a pivotal moment for her. She loves partnering with clients to help them better understand the underlying emotions that influence behaviour, particularly in relationships.

Amy also holds undergraduate qualifications in the Social Sciences and spent 20 years in her first career within the Australian Public Service, primarily in policy and governance. She is actively involved in the Canberra not-for-profit sector in a voluntary capacity.

Positive, warm, thoughtful, and enthusiastic, Amy is passionate about helping individuals and couples become the best versions of themselves.
