These Deliberate Practice Groups offer a supportive space to move from learning the model to truly living it, helping you develop steady, reliable EFCT habits you can reach for when you need them most.
Across two progressive courses — Skills 1–6 and Skills 7–12 — you’ll join weekly online sessions that focus on one skill at a time, using structured exercises, spontaneous practice, real-time feedback, and reflective learning. The aim is to help embed new EFT habits so you can confidently reach for the right skill — even when you or your clients feel lost in session.
Whether you’re just beginning your EFCT journey or preparing for ICEEFT certification, you’ll be supported in a safe, warm, and experiential learning environment that helps you strengthen your EFT muscles and deepen your therapeutic presence.
