Create New EFCT Habits with Janine Moran

Do you ever have days when, no matter how hard you try, you worry you aren’t practising EFT ‘properly’? You’re not alone.

These Deliberate Practice Groups offer a supportive space to move from learning the model to truly living it, helping you develop steady, reliable EFCT habits you can reach for when you need them most.

Across two progressive courses — Skills 1–6  and Skills 7–12 — you’ll join weekly online sessions that focus on one skill at a time, using structured exercises, spontaneous practice, real-time feedback, and reflective learning. The aim is to help embed new EFT habits so you can confidently reach for the right skill — even when you or your clients feel lost in session.

Whether you’re just beginning your EFCT journey or preparing for ICEEFT certification, you’ll be supported in a safe, warm, and experiential learning environment that helps you strengthen your EFT muscles and deepen your therapeutic presence.

Build Your Foundation in EFCT with Janine Moran

Learning Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) can feel both exciting and complex. The model is elegant in theory, yet applying it in real sessions often feels daunting. This Deliberate Practice Group for Skills 1–6 offers a supportive and structured way to strengthen your core EFCT techniques, gain confidence and develop a strong foundation for guiding couples effectively.

Led by Janine Moran – ICEEFT Certified EFT Trainer, Supervisor, and Therapist – this weekly online group focuses on foundational skills that set the stage for meaningful change. Deliberate practice is an evidence-based approach that helps therapists move from “knowing” to “doing” through structured exercises, role-play, feedback, and reflection.

What You’ll Gain

By the end of this course, you will:

  • Strengthen foundational EFCT skills including evocative inquiry, emotional validation, and cycle tracking.
  • Practise attachment-reframed validation to build emotional safety.
  • Learn how to deepen emotions using RISSSSC techniques (Repeat, Imagery, Simple, Slow, Soft, Specific, Client’s words).
  • Build confidence to guide couples through Stage 1 of therapy and prepare for more advanced skills.
  • Receive personalised guidance from Janine Moran to refine your approach.

This group is ideal for therapists in the early stages of EFCT who want to build a strong foundation, as well as for more experienced practitioners seeking a supportive space to practise, learn, and connect.
